Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Finger

Question: if I squeeze my fingers or if I like interlock my hands and squeeze my fingers it hurts so much, not my bones, my hands are very sensitive, if I hit them on anything it really hurts real bad, I thought about wearing gloves so I wont hit them. its my fingers. also if I lean on my elbows or knees it also hurts real bad. its like burning sensation on my knees and elbows, its real painful.

Based on the history that you narrated, it appears to be raynauds phenomenon or disease as far as the symptoms related to the fingers and hands are related.

Joint manifestations warrant that rheumatological work up be done if empiric treatment with NSAIDS don't give relief or the symptoms persist. CBC,ESR/CRP, autoimmune profile, RA factor, anti ccp antibody can be advised accordingly in consult with your doctor/ rheumatologist.

Kindly answer the following to advise accordingly.

For how long have you been experiencing these symptoms.
Do your hands become cold and white /Bluish in color when the hands become painful while interlocking or coming in contact.
