Brief Answer:
Lumbar spondylosis with compressive symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.

I'm Dr. Sudhir Kumar,

After going through your query I concluded that You may be suffering from lumbar spondylosis with compressive myelopathy as it is common in your age. It can be confirmed by x-ray lumbar spine AP and lateral views and MRI spine. MRI also exclude other causes. I empirically treat my such patients by Diacerine, glucosamine sulfate, neurotropic such as methycobalamin and analgesics (DICLOFENAC). You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.

Second possibility is osteoarthritis of both hip and knee as it is also common in your age. It can be confirmed by x-ray of hip and knees. Treatment of it is also similar to lumbar spondylosis as both are degenerative disease.

Multiple sclerosis develop very slow and gradually and has many more symptoms. Since when do you have this problem? By such a short history I think it unlikely to comment about multiple sclerosis.

Hope I have answered your query.
If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Wishing you good health.
Take care.
