Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Lower Thighs Suggest

Question: I have deep pain in lower thigh running from my buttocks toward my knee where the thigh makes contact with a chair. The pressure is becoming unbearable, I can start to feel dizzy and ears ring. As soon as I lift my thigh off the pressure points on the chair the pain goes away. When it really acts up and hurts deep down ANY minute pressure of attempting to sit will trigger the pain and ear/dizziness. Have to then sit solely on left butt and thigh. The length of pain area is the whole distance from butt to end of thigh where you sit on it, but deepest pain towards the buttocks.
Really worried about the ear numbing/pressure/dizzyness problem, I think I'm cutting off blood supply but seems strange from thigh to brain with blood flow. My fatigue problems I have may be part of this.

Brief Answer:
I think this pain can be due to nerve compression in back

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think you are having disc herniation in back. That is compression your nerves in thigh. I have following suggestions for you.
1.you need to get MRI of the spine to see what is the extent of compression?
2.take Pregabalin M at night time. It will help in this pain.
3.back muscle strengthening exercises can be done.
4.avoid forward bending, weight lifting and travelling.
4.if MRI shows that there is nerve compression of more then 50 % then it will need surgery to remove the disc. If it is less then 50% then medications will be sufficient.
5.problem of numbness, dizziness is due to cervical spondylitis. You need to wear cervical collar for this. Avoid using very high pillow or keeping neck in same position for long time. Tablet Vertin can be taken for dizziness. Also make sure that your blood pressure and blood sugar is normal.
I hope this answer will be useful for you.Let me know if their is any other followup questions.
Thanks
