Brief Answer:
There could be many reasons for this headache.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

There are many reasons for such headache and the list starts with migraine ,sinusitis and eye.
There are various pointers, how long have you been having this, do you get it more in the morning or evening. Is it constant and is it associated with nausea or vomiting when at its peak.

25 is a small power and should not be responsible for this headache. This power can safely be ignored in the present context.

We have to rule out sinusitis by consulting a ENT specialist. In the meanwhile some analgesic can be used to tide over the period till we are able to clinch a diagnosis.
