Thank you for the query.

Can you please give some more details? Do you have any frequent urinating, burning while urinating? Do you have cough? Do you have fever? Do you have any blood in urine? Do you suffer from diabetes? Do you know the reason of vaginal abscesses?

No frequent urinating or burning , i had a cough that ladted 15 months but that was 2 years ago tho i have just started with a sore throat and cough today but my partner has that so that mustvb a virus ,as all the other started about 4 weeks ago , for a few months now my appetite has gone and obviously i an losing weight, prob bout just under a stone ,i am always tired and would stay in bed if i had the choice lately but put that down to being hypothyroid, i also have a sore stiff neck and shoulders i did have a fever when i had the stomach pain which my doc thinks is prob IBS my liver and kidney and imflamation values came back normal in my blood test last week , dont have diabetes , my vaginal abscesses have gone now after 2 lots of clav/amox meds , dont know what caused them tho, but its the constant tight uncomfortable feeling i have in my back/chest area that concerns me and like pin stabbing feeling in my spine area which i felt a couple times in last 2 days , i must say i am normally a healthy person with only a hypothyroid issue and not someone whos always at the doctors just all these isdues come at once , hope thats helpfull

Brief Answer:
Some tests are necessary to determine the reason.

Detailed Answer:
In my opinion you have more than one issue.
First one is neck and chest tightness. This seems to be caused by spine disc issue in the cervical area.
The other issue is in the abdomen. Weight loss is a very serious symptoms. It usually starts with lack of appetite. Its because for some reason your body does not want to use digestive tract. The reasons of such symptom can be very different including peptic ulcer, gallstones, depression, large intestine tumor, chronic infection of the digestive tract and many more.
As you have been using lots of antibiotics recently, for sure there is lack of good intestinal bacteria in your intestines.
From the other side, vaginal abscess can cause urinary tract infection giving lower abdominal pain and back pain.
As you are almost 50, it is time to rule out large intestine malignancies.

IBS does not cause fever!

As you can see, there is a lot to diagnose. That is why, some tests are necessary.

In my opinion you should have:
- blood work (glucose level, CBC, ions levels) - I know some test were done recently, but must be repeated
- abdominal ultrasound
- urine analysis and urine culture test
- colonoscopy (very important)
- spine MRI (before that, please consult orthopedist)
- if you smoke, chest CT should be done

In a meanwhile please start probiotic intake and Potassium with Magnesium supplementation.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
