Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Arm
Need an MRI
Detailed Answer:
Hello ! Thank you for using HealthcareMagic.
I have gone through your question.
It would be very helpful if you can upload the X-ray result here and explain more what caused your condition and how long have you been with this.
From the symptoms that you've described, you may need to do an MRI to have a better picture of your ligaments/tendons and joint (only with MRI it's possible to see the ligaments, with X-Ray you can't). According to the result of the MRI, the treating doctor/orthopedic will decide if you need a reconstruction surgery or not.
It's not the best choice to leave it on it's own while you have these symptoms.
Meanwhile, for symptomatic relief, You can use warm compresses, topical painkillers (eg. Diclofenac gel).
Feel free to ask further.

Need an MRI
Detailed Answer:
Hello again!
I think that all this pain you have that's becoming worse during the night, need a full evaluation by doing an MRI to see in more details all your joint.
I can see the X-Ray results- you have arthrosis of your acromioclavicular and fracture of the right shoulder. Your both acromioclavicular joint have arthrosis -chronic disease that affects your joint and ligaments.
If you did not feel better after taking the injection, means that you need to see for other possible treatment -probably surgical reconstruction.
Meanwhile, for symptomatic relief please follow the advice that I described previously.
