Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Chest Area

Question: Occasionally my chest or my heart im not really sure , it feels like it stops with a real bad pain inbyhe chest area and i go back to normal , it alwaysbhappens out of no where ? Any idea what it could be ??

Do you feel your heart beating fast?
Is there headache?
Is it related to eating?
Is it related to exertion?
Does it follow a pattern?
Have you checked your blood pressure?

Yes i have headaches, i think its related to eating and drinking, but i went to a GI doctor and got an endoscopy, he said everything was normal, but it seems like when i drink , it feels like bubbles from my chest come up and hit the irritated spot

Yes my blood pressure is fine , just worried about my throat , its been going on , i heard it can be cancerous if it gets too inflammed ?? This is the last question
