Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Left Arm

I did this 3 weeks ago. I did see a doctor and get a CAT scan with no report of seeing injury.
my symptoms appear to be more related to the nerve at C6/C7 vs C7/T1. with this level fused how can that be?
Nerve conduction studies are recommended , pregabalin and vitamin supplements are helpful and try to maintain your physiotherapy to prevent muscle weakness and joint stiffness .

Hi i am Dr Ahmed Aly
thanks for using HealthcareMagic site ,
I had gone through your question and understand your concerns ..
From your given history you mentioned instrumentation of your cervical vertebra , you also had free CAT scan with no bone injuries i hope you feel better soon .
In my opinion you may have a king of brachial plexus injury which is a network of nerves that sends signals from your spine to your shoulder, arm and hand. this is why you could not fully extend your elbow as normal .
In severe brachial plexus injuries can leave your arm paralyzed, with a loss of function and sensation. Surgical procedures such as nerve grafts, nerve transfers or muscle transfers can help restore function.
For now i recommend you do nerve conduction tests , EEG ( electro encephalo graph ) and visit you neurologist for proper evaluation and management .
Till then you may ask you physician for adding pregabalin tabs 400 mg twice after meals to your alleve and muscle relaxants . B12 vitamin supplementation is helpful with such neuropathic pain .
hot massages with topical gels and physical therapy to keep your joints and muscles working properly, maintain the range of motion, and prevent stiff joints .
