Brief Answer:
Could be slipped disc / lumbar spondylosis

Detailed Answer:
Hi I am Dr Gopal Goel , Orthopedic Surgeon.
In view of the picture you have described there are mainly two possibilities
1.Slipped Disc- pain normally radiates to leg also and pain increases on coughing/ straining.
2 . Local Muscular spasm- due to degenerative changes in the spine.
I suggest that you start pain killers, muscle relaxants and pregabalin. If there is no improvement in few days then you should go for MRI.
I hope to have answered your question. Please feel free to ask any further question.
