Brief Answer:
MRI sca will help in proper treatment choice.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
There is no progress note attached with the query. From the symptoms that you have described, it seems to be Rotator cuff tendonitis or shoulder impingement syndrome which causes irritation and inflammation of the rotator cuff and the bursa.
You need to get an MRI scan done which is a more sensitive test for soft tissue and muscular injuries.
Steroid injections will help in reducing the inflammation and the surgical technique is advised if there is a rotator cuff tear. It will depend on the MRI scan that which of these two will be best for you.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.

Brief Answer:
Seen the report.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
I have seen the attached progress report. The X-ray is not suggestive of any fracture. MRI scan will help in the detection of soft tissue changes. The findings are suggestive of rotator cuff tendonitis. Steroid injection will help in providing a temporary relief.
Hope my answer is helpful.
