Brief Answer:
Get xray of lumbosacral spine and involved knee done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query.

For exact diagnose to be made get xray of lumbosacral spine in AP and Lateral view, xray of left knee done in AP and Lateral view done and send me the report.

Your problem may be due to compression of nerve in spine, which leads to pain in leg because nerve of leg arise from lower spine.

If you have any pain arising from knee joint then only get xray of knee joint , otherwise no need.

Till the apply hot packs for 30 mins over involved area.

Have tab.aceclofenac+thiocolchicoside two times a day, tab. pregabalin+methylcobalamine at night and pantoprazole empty stomach ( if acidity occurs in your stomach.

Till then good luck.

Thanks.

Thanks for the query again.

My friend if pain still persists or increses after taking medication, then you may go for emergency room.

Never to wait for more apin to increase.

You are welcome to ask as many queries as you can.

You can discuss with me what the emergency doctor told you , even afterwards.

I hope it helps.
