Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking HCM.
It would be great If you gave me more information about this pain. It is in under your ribs (pain in the upper right abdomen) or in the in lower right abdomen.
If you feel pain under the ribs,it might be a gallstone or even inflammation of the gallbladder.
If your pain is in the lower abdominal part,it might be your ovaries, your appendix, colon ect
Do you have other symptoms, like nausea, vomiting, diarrhea?
I recommend you do an ultrasound of your abdomen. If it's a gallstone, than you need to do blood tests, liver enzymes, pancreatic enzymes, bilirubin.
If the problem are ovaries, appendix, than the white blood cells count is important.
You should not put heat in your abdomen without a confirm diagnose because if it is inflammation/infection the cause of your pain, than applying heat will make it even worse.
If you have any other question, feel free to ask me.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
If you have diarrhea it might even be gastroenteritis. But gastroenteritis usually gives pain all over the abdomen and not specific in the lower quadrant part.
Also you should check if you have fever or not.
You need to do the ultrasound, just to be sure that you don't have appendicitis. One more question. Please do these moves at home. It is important for every surgeon to know. If you jump, does your pain get worse.
See if you have fever or not.

Tests to be done. Ultrasound of your abdomen.Blood tests.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
It is a good sign that you don't have fever. But since it hurts more when you jump or when you go up or down the stairs than you should do the ultrasound of the abdomen and a blood test to check the level of the white blood cells.
The treatment will be given depending from the results of the ultrasound and the blood test.
If you have any other question, feel free to contact me.
Awaiting for the results...
