Brief Answer:
Can be angina(Pain originating from Heart).

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for choosing HealthcareMagic for your wuery.
Have gone through your history in detail.
As the pain is involving thorax and ribs area it can be cardiac also. Most of the angina (Heart pain) starts after waking up in morning(Not severe but heaviness like feel can be angina)
Initially go to the emergency room and geta EKG and cardiac trops done.
If normal it could be due to gastritis or acid peptic problem.
Rabeprazole along with peptobismol can be taken for few days and see if it responds to it or not.
An upper g.i endoscopy can also be planned there after.

First and foremost priority is to see if its cardiac or not.

Thanks!
