Brief Answer:
it can be due to epididymitis / orchitis, needs clinical examination..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Welcome back to HCM,
I've gone through your query in details and understand your concern,

Now the fact that despite taking Co-codamol and Naproxen, the pain isn't improving, indicates a detailed clinical examination of the area by either your physician or preferably a Urologist to rule out any possible epididymitis / orchitis (given the nature of pain, it can even be a small strangulated hernia or any obstruction in blood flow to the testes too)..a few relevant investigations (CBC, ultrasound & doppler study of the testes and scrotal sac and urine analysis etc.).. management will be based on the findings (mainly antibiotics such as ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin etc. and supportive measures such as suspensory bandages, scrotal elevation and rest)..

Your vital sign are grossly within normal limits only, don't worry(although the slight elevation of blood pressure can even be due to the pain, which needs to be addressed firstly as I've mentioned)..

Please don't delay anymore, and get yourself examined accordingly..

Do let me know how you stay in the due course..

Take Care
Kind Regards
