Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Shoulders
Question: Both of my shoulders and mainly my arms have pain in movement as well when not moving like laying in bed the muscles kinda burn like I have worked out with weights or something but I haven't ... this has been off and on for months , haven't been to the doctor yet !

In my opinion that could be arthritis , tendinitis or even a muscular spasm due to bad sleeping posture , heavy lifting or vigorous movements .
For my patients i may suggest painkillers like advil when needed , hot gentle massages with topical gels , GNC is fine , B12 vitamin supplementation , muscle relaxants with some physiotherapy and spinal straightening exercises will be effective for most of cases .
If pain persists steroid injections may be added by your physician or MRI to rule out any spinal injuries like discs and herniations for proper evaluation and management .
