Inflammatory Bowel disease
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query
Your father in law has two issues which is of immediate concern
1. Left renal calculus causing obstruction to the urine outflow
2. Inflmmatory bowel diseae
Here is how you should go about it
1. Left renal calculus needs to be taken care of by a urologist by a small procedure known as lithotripsy, it is just like an ultrasound wave blasting the kidney. The small particles of the blasted stone comes out though urine. Delaying this too much might cause permanent damage to the kindey
2. Inflammatory bowel disease is a condition best seen by a gastroenterologist. Unfortunately they have not mentioned about the disease activity or disease type in the report. It requires treatment with steroids.
I hope I was of help, if you have any further doubts please get back to me
