Brief Answer:
Multiple possibilities, need clinical correlation

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking!

Pain in abdomen has many possibilities and it needs a complete clinical correlation. its good thing that CT scan has not found any thing significant. I suggest a little work up to assess the biliary functions and pancreatic functions.

Take some antispasmodics for the pain relief. There are thousand of possibilities and sorting them out to find the cause is the key here.

some of the possibilities are
Indigestion
Constipation
Stomach virus
Menstrual cramps
Food poisoning
Food allergies
Gas
Lactose intolerance
Ulcers
Pelvic inflammatory disease
Hernia
Gallstones
Kidney stones
Endometriosis
Crohn's disease
Urinary tract infection
Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
Appendicitis

I hope it helps. stay in touch with your doctor and let them take care of the situation. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

May the odds be ever in your favour.

regards
Khan
