Brief Answer:
Multiple compressed vertebrae , osteoporosis

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Gopal Goel , Orthopedic Surgeon

You have collapsed vertebra T 7 and 9 with severe pain, cannot take NSAIDS due to peptic ulcer.
In my opinion , before we start pain management we should know the cause of collapsed vertebrae. Most common cause apart from trauma and tumor at this age is Osteoporosis and treatment of osteoporosis helps in pain reduction to a large extent.

I suggest you take painkillers (like tramadol which your physician can prescribe) Calcium, vit D3. Also start spinal extension exercises (to be taught by a physiotherapist)

I would advise to get one Bone Densitometry test to assess the weakness in the bones. The treatment can be done accordingly.

I hope I have answered your question.
