Suggest Treatment For Severe Penis Pain
Question: Hi, am 28 yrs old. Sometimes I feel kind of ulcer insid penis or something stuck inside. Causes lot of pain. In 2 or 3 days becomes normal. Its happening frequently, like monthly once or twice.. Is it because of body heat.

Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
Noted your history of pain and ulcer or something stuck inside the penis and gets cleared in 2 or 3 days. This is happening once or trice in a month.
This is surely not due to body heat.
The commonest reason can be urethritis meaning inflammation of the urethra.
This in turn can be due to urinary tract infection or small stone (concretions) forming which while passing out of urethra can cause mild trauma to get healed up within 2 to 3 days.
I would advise you the following:
First of all, to send the urine sample for tests of routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity before the antibiotic is started to get a proper result if there is an infection.
Tests of blood- routine and urea, creatinine.
Ultrasonography of the abdomen particularly for genitourinary system.
Urethro-cystoscopy helps in more proper diagnosis. Need a help of an Urologist.
If your are sexually active, it is possible that you both have to take a course of an antibiotic simultaneously.
Drink plenty of water orally.
Rest of the treatment depends upon the findings on investigations and your additional history.
