Brief Answer:
Apply aziderm 10% cream on black spot and pimple

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to healthcaremagic forum.
I can understand your concern regarding pimple and black spot.
You need to apply Aziderm 10% cream at night on pimple and black spot. It contain azelic acid which is very effective for pimple and its spot.
In morning and evening apply Faceclin gel on pimple.
Wash your face with Aha glow face wash two times a day.
Kindly avoid dairy product, oily and spicy food. Avoid any other application like lemon juice, oil etc on face. It may irritate or worsen your condition. Avoid scratching or popping of pimple. Avoid oil application on hair.
It takes approximately 4 weeks to have visible difference on skin, so you need to apply these creams for minimum 4 weeks.
In very severe case one requires oral medication also. You need to consult dermatologist for oral medicine as it require prescription
I hope I have answered your question.
