Suggest Treatment For Severe Rib Pain

Question: there is a pain that started all of sudden below left rib hurtin It's like a sharp pain that fades in and out. Though right bow it feels like there is something jabbed in-between my ribs is sharp and it aswell faded in and out and everytime the pain cam I felt light headed. it goes away as soon as I stand up.
Usualy the rib pain only stay for a minute or 2 but riight now it is constant and has been for like 20-30mintures! I have been diagnose acid reflux before.

I see you have taken something for acid relief. Did it help? You can take something like Omeprazole for 3-5 days, but it may not be a bad idea to get an abdominal sonography to rule out a stone if the pain does not reduce with Omeprazole.
