Suggest Treatment For Severe Runny Nose

Question: Allergy; reaction runny nose that will not stop. I've tried Claritin and Flonase.

The allergic nasal condition not improving with traditional antihistamine and intranasal steroid spray has to treated with oral corticosteroid.
