Suggest Treatment For Severe Shortness Of Breath, Pain Across My Upper Back And My Right Breast Along With Slight Nausea
Question: I have severe shortness of breath,pain across my upper back,pain under my right breast,slightly nauseaus.I'm fine when i am sitting for awhile,but when I walk or do anything where I bend..I pant. I have gallstones and and think maybe it is a severe attack. I have amoxicillan 5oomg. would that help

* As per my surgical experience, underlying respiratory or heart problem has to be evaluated apart from gall bladder calculus attack. Please visit nearest healthcare provider to rule out these.
* Amoxycillan is only helpful in infection stage to kill the micro organisms, but pain or nausea require additional measures.
My recommendations at present
- As the amount of pain is intense, you must seek medical attention with your nearest health care provider as early as possible.
- Basic evaluation of vital parameters and an EKG, x-ray chest PA view and ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis would be fine to rule out every condition.
- Till that period, can consume capsule omeprazole ( 20 mg ) with sips of water to relieve nausea and tab. paracetamol ( 500 mg ) for pain relief.
