My sister has systemic scleroderma and I'm just wondering if I should be evaluated for that as well?
Have you been tested for diabetes ?
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks so much for this query.
1. I have reviewed you information fully. The diffuse nature of this pain makes it unlikely to be related to a possible bone metastases of the previous melanoma. If it were, it would be localized pain as opposed to pain in multiple and unrelated positions.
For this reason, I will rather suggest you see a Rheumatologist for evaluation for possible causes such as fibromyalgia.
2. Your test results are within normal ranges only. As for excessive urination at night, this could point to diabetes. I strongly recommend that you get evaluated for diabetes.
I hope to hear back from you. I wish you well.
Feel free to follow up with me for more clarifications and insights if need be.
Kind Regards
