Suggest Treatment For Severe Shoulder Pain

Question: My right shoulder pain diagnosed as frozen shoulder was being treated with Tendocare forte Neurokind LCNeksium ( I also have athetise of finger joints) and Coralium
ImmidiTely pain subsided but I had mouth ulcers which lasted more than 10 days
I havediscontinued medicines and doing Physiotherapy
Shoulder pain aggravated and I started having dull and nagging pain on neck

Should I continue medicine and if so which one and are mouth rashes caused by side effect

Hi,

Thank you for posting the question.
I have gone through your medical history in detail.

I think the mouth ulcers have occured due to side effect to one of the medicines that you have been taking.
If the pain is still persistent,then you can start on lornoxicam,etodolac or tramadol.These are safer analgesics without having history of any major side effects.

You should take these medicines twice a day with a glass of milk after food.

Continue doing physiotherapy along with application of local analgesic gel with hot fomentation.

As a preventive measure,take multivitamin tablets before starting these analgesic tablets.
