Suggest Treatment For Severe Sinus Issues And High BP

Question: My mother has been facing the Sinus & High BP problems for several years now. has been using homeopathy to feel relief from these. However, in recent part its become more intense and visited near by doctor. He has done some diagnosis & tests. I'm attaching some of those reports for your reference and study. Doctor has advised to have this endoscopy once the BP is normal may be in next one or two weeks. My question is: please validate the reports and suggest better solution to get rid of these issues?

I have gone through your query and reports; it suggests that your mother is suffering from the chronic pansinusitis (infection of all sinuses both side) with mixed hearing loss i.e. both conductive and sensorineural hearing loss.

For your information pansinusitis may also responsible for the conductive part of hearing loss and sensorineural loss may be due to the ageing.

You are consulting your mother in the right place, if your mother`s doctor and you wants more information regarding the sinusitis then she may go for CT scan of paranasal sinuses.

Thank you doctor for the reply. i have few below followup queries..
1. What is the easy method to perform this 'functional endoscopic sinus surgery'? is it only using pipe or any new laser technology available?
2. How long this surgery takes place and when the patient can be discharged? does it require to be admitted at the hospital or can it be done on out patient basis process?
3. Does it require any CT scan process to be done prior to this surgery?
4. Does it require local anesthesia? or any other type or anesthesia to be done prior to the surgery?

my mother is at XXXXXXX now staying at my relatives. whereas I'm in XXXXXXX so unable to decide whether this can be done at XXXXXXX itself or can I bring her here and have this surgery done.

Can you suggest best doctor/hospital in XXXXXXX to do this surgery?
Also, please explain on how long the patient need to be in the hospital overall? XXXXXXX doctors are suggesting for around 1 week of admission. is it really required for a week?
also, could you elaborate on the answer where you mentioned "this surgical procedure without using pipe or laser". How this process be done in brief without pipe or laser?
