Thank you again.
Brief Answer:

Detailed Answer:
HI
Okay, the CT scan should be able to give the answer that you need. It can show any structural changes to the sinuses , whether they are acute (recent) or long term (chronic)
Can let me know how it goes
Wish you the best

Dr Gibson, Thank you for responding. The CAt scan showed no problems and the sinusitis seems to be improving from the scan. However, I told the doctor I still had a drop of blood for a few days. He asked me if I was still taking the Flonase. I told him I stopped after taking the 10 days of Clarymyocin. He said I should be taking the Flonase for life and said if I still had problems (blood?) he would send me to an ear, nose, and throat doctor.
I don't want to take Flonase for life. What do you think? What happens if I don't?
Thanks again,
Dan XXXXXXX

Brief Answer:
should consider for at least 3 months consistently
Detailed Answer:
HI
The flonase would decrease the inflammation in the passages which would reduce the chance of bleeding recurring.
It is possible that you may not need it for life, but you should consider using it consistently for at least 3 months, intermittently after that point, if needed
Most cases of sinus inflammation are due to certain aggravating factors, if you can reduce your exposure to these , then this may help.
If you are not sure what causes the problem for you, allergy tests may be considered.
Hope this helps

Just wanted to thank Dr. Gibson. Her answer seems to top-off the subject and make it easier to take an inflammatory/decongestant for extended periods but not indefinetely. Thank all of you for your help. For now, I will disconnect from the system. And return if appropriate. Dan XXXXXXX
