Brief Answer:
You are having severe skin allergy.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
I have gone through the pictures you have attached.

It is clearly suggestive of allergy.
Allergy can be due to dust, mites, clothes, soaps, bedsheet, pillow cover etc.
Since you are having allergy in night, possibility of allergy due to either night wear or bedsheet or pillow cover or food you ate in dinner is high.
But at present you need to consult dermatologist and get done prescription for anti histamine and anti allergic drugs.
You may need steroid containing cream for local application on skin lesions.

Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.

I had first thought it was due to my sheets, soap, matress, etc. I have changed all the detergents, not using any fabric softener, or dryer sheets. I have slept on different beds throughout my house to realize this is not the problem. Two weeks ago i was prescribed atralin gel from my dermatoligist as well as sulfameth/trimethroprim. I had taken it for a week and no problems then i went four days without taking it. I took it tuesday morning both the pill and the gel and by late afternoon is when my hives started. I began to think it was from the pill although i was on bactrim for four years of my life in the past. I have not taken it since tuesday but i took the cream up until friday night and i am wondering if that retinoid gel is the culprit. I read online i could suffer from atopic dermatitis forever. Is this true? Will this problem go away on it's own? My face and lips also become huge every morning and at night my face is burning hot and itchy
