Brief Answer:
upper respiratory tract infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to healthcaremagic,

It looks like your sister is suffering from upper respiratory tract infection.

They are usually viral in nature and require only symptomatic treatment.

She can take pain killers like Tylenol or ibuprofen after checking the dose appropriate for her.

She should do warm salt water gargling 5 times daily.

She should drink plenty of warm fluids and keep herself well hydrated at all times.

It is better o avoid air conditioning and cold foods.

Plenty of rest will do her a lot of good.

If she does not feel better in a couple of days or if her condition worsens rapidly then see a doctor immediately, because she may need a course of antibiotics.

Feel free to follow up,
Regards,
