Brief Answer:
could be related to dyspepsia or acute gastritis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

Feeling extremely boated hard stomach could be related to dyspepsia, constipation or acute gastritis but it needs further evaluation by clinical examination and various tests to have confirmed diagnosis.

If your symptoms are not so troublesome then I can suggest you some medications and dietary precautions to get relieved from constipation and stomach bloating.

1) Proton pump inhibitors (pantoprazole 40 or rabeprazole 20) twice daily.
2) H2 blockers like Rantac 150 can also be taken.
3) Syrup digene 2 TSF three times a day if there is acidity.

All above drugs are available as OTC drugs.

4) Avoid hot, oily and spicy foods rather take bland diet for initial 2 to 3 days
5) Avoid eating full stomach one at a time rather take small and frequent meals.
6) Have soft diet only for next 2 to 3 days
7) Take salads (cucumber, cabbage, carrot, beat) in the meal, more take vegetables
8) Quit alcohol (if you take)
9) Walk slowly after every meal but do not walk fast.
Avoid taking rest immediately after meal.
10) Take stool softener or laxatives like syrup cremaffin plus 3TSF at a bed time.

I expect you to get better within 3 to 5 days but if your problem persists then i will advice you to see physician or gastro physician who can order various tests (below mentioned) and can come to a particular diagnosis and start the treatment.

1) routine blood investigations,
2) liver function tests,
3) urine and stool examination for R/M and ova
4) ultrasound of abdomen.

Hope this will help you to get better and if any query then you can ask me.

Regards,
