Brief Answer:
Could be urinary stones. can take analgesics

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX. I have not understood completely. Is there a problem in passing urine along with the pain? Then it could be a Urinary or kidney stone. I treat such patients with anti spasmodic medicines like Buscopan or analgesics like Diclofenac sodium. They usually get good relief with it. I advice you to see your Doctor early and get an Ultrasound scheduled to rule out urinary tract stones. Take care and feel free to ask any questions you might have.
