Suggest Treatment For Severe Stomach Pain In A Teenager

my cousin 16 male had severe stomache pain especially at night for 2-3days. yesterday we got his ultrasound and urine culture test done .report enclosed .can you suggest way ahead. can it be treated via medicine.
could be a stone passed
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
stomach pain can arise from lot of diseases. Though kidney stones are common cause the pain is generally in the flanks and radiates to urine passage. the ultrasound shows a small stone in one of the kidneys. that is NOT the cause of the pain , it is very small and does not require any treatment. it may pass by itself over time.
pain can also occur from constipation, infection of intestine and acidity.
you should consult a doctor for the same.
urine is showing some RBC- This can occur in urine infection or a recent passage of stone. there may have been a stone which the patient passed out before the ultrasound was done.
I think he should drink a lot of water and watch if the pain recurs in next 2 days.
Best wishes.
