Suggest Treatment For Severe Stomach Pain With Diarrhoea
Question: I have severe stomach pains with diarrhoea. I have to go the washroom Almost every 20 minutes. I am taking metronidazole 500mg thrice daily and buscopan 10mg since last night. Anything else I can add? Or should I just wait it out? I also had a fever which seems to have subsided

for the moment I suggest to add
- hydramin
-tasectan
- antacids
- plenty of water
- probiotics
If the symptoms persist more than two weeks than you need to do fecal exam like coproculture.
