Suggest Treatment For Severe Swollen Lymph Nodes In The Abdomen

Question: i have several swollen lymph nodes in my abdomen after a ct scan. other than thag, everything in my body looked good. my dr said he wanted to take a sample of my lymphnodes. he said he wasnt particularly worried about cancer because there were no signs of tumors. is it serious to have swollen lymphnodes in my abdomen? i have also had diarreah that last 2 months and lost 11 lbs.
