Suggest Treatment For Severe Testicular Pain

Posted on Tue, 28 Mar 2017
Question: I've had testicular pain in my left testicle since XXXXXXX Sometimes it goes into my lower abdomen. I've been tested for all STD's multiple times and each time they are negative. I went and had an ultrasound several months ago and there was a small vein that was a little larger than normal but not larger than 3mm. The doctor's didn't do anything. I still have the issue. I went to the doctor yet again, and did yet another STD test. Everything came back negative. However, this time I have bacteria in my urine- the doctor also stated it was a little cloudy. I asked once again was it an STD and she said no it's not an STD. What do you think this is and what should I do?

Brief Answer:
Unilateral testicular pain

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for asking on Health care Magic.

I have gone very carefully through your query.

As per your history is concerned you have unilateral testicular pain and already done ultrasound examinations before. So check your urine [RE/ME/culture]if pus cell present take antibiotics as per culture report.

Secondly do a blood differential count if any abnormalities detected tell your treating doctor to prescribe [DEC] for 21 days and for pain you can use any pain killers or can apply ice to it.

Hope that helps.
