Suggest Treatment For Severe Throat Pain After Taking Azithral
Question: Hi i have throat infection, severe pain in throat, my doctor advised azithral 250 mg. however pain is still there. Should i take azithral 500 mg to reduce pain or if u can suggest any other alternative?
