Suggest Treatment For Severe Throat Pain And Cough
Brief Answer:
Hi, welcome to HCM, H1N1 or swine flu virus is not always dangerous
Detailed Answer:
Hi, welcome to HCM, H1N1 or swine flu virus is not always dangerous and the only way to diagnose it is by testing for it. I think you are suffering from a viral fever and are recovering. Since you have already taken erythromycin for three days, I will suggest you take a cold preparation with paracetamol, half tablet four times a day and gargle with saline, till you are better. Unfortunately I do not see a picture of your throat. Maybe you can re-send it? Regards

Brief Answer:
Hi, so what you have is a fungal infection.
Detailed Answer:
Hi, so what you have is a fungal infection. An oral gel containing 20 mg/g (24 mg/ml): 5-10 ml of Miconazole is available. First gargle with alum. Then apply gel directly onto the lesions 4 times a day for 5-7 days. Continue treatment until 48 hours after lesions have healed.
If you have fungal infection elsewhere on the body you will need to take Fluconazole oral tablets once a week 150 mg for 8 weeks. But this will have to be done under your doctor's supervision.
Continue the anti cold tablets as suggested by me earlier. Regards
