Suggest Treatment For Severe Throat Pain Caused By An Infection

Question: Hi doctor, I am male..i am having sore throat last one month ..but still it not recover it..is sore throat infection causes the cancer after extend of one month..my doctor gives antibotic only..for your reference I attached my sore infection photo also..kindly advice doctor..what kind of disease is this

Thanks for the query.

I have read your query , reviewed your medications and understand your concern.

Your sore infection photo is still not uploaded in this forum .

In my opinion , chronic sore throat will not cause cancer . But habbits like tobacoo chewing , smoking & chronic alcohol intake can result into throat cancer .
As per your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having post nasal drip (PND) which causes chronic sore throat .

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice
Antiseptic Mouth Wash twice daily like diluted Betadine ,
Antihistaminic Tab Claritin (Loratadine 10mg) at night &
Tab Paracetamol thrice daily &
Tab Rantac twice daily .
Continue antibiotic .

You will get relief .

Hi doctor,

Please find my sore throat photos and blood reports for your review doctor

Yes doctor, here my doctor also advised Antiseptic Mouth Wash twice daily like diluted Betadine with some antibotics

and doctor suggested take one blood report for ASO titre and some package test and reports are attached for your review doctor

Still i am not consult with my doctor with blood reports,

But sore throat may long take cure more than one month doctor?

Gargling with salt and hot water is good for sore throat ? and how many times can i gargle daily doctor.

Kindly review and advise doctor

I can see your throat picture but blood investigation still not uploaded in this forum . Your throat picture doesn't show any sign of throat cancer .

Chronic sore throat can result due to allergy , PND & acidity . It is not related to cancer .

Gargling with salt and hot water is good for sore throat & you can do 3-4 times daily .

Your blood investigations are within normal limits excepts your total cholesterol increased . It can come within normal limit by regular exercise & healthy diet .
