Suggest Treatment For Severe Tooth Ache While Biting

Question: When I bite something hard it is paining.
It seems small part of my teeth has been broken.

Read your query and understand your concern as you have broken teeth and pain on biting hard, this can be due to broken teeth (might be involving pulp of tooth). There is nothing to be worried.

When broken teeth involves the pulp region of tooth then tooth paining is one of the symptom. In this root canal treatment is done. In root canal treatment pulp of tooth is removed and replaced with organic material known as gutta percha.

I will suggest to consult oral surgeon (endodontist) and go for Intra oral periapical radiograph and get it evaluated .

In meantime for pain for do warm saline rinses and you can take analgesic like Ibugesic plus or ketrol dt by consulting with local doctor .
