Question : Hi, I have recently had a sore tooth and the other I brushed my teeth like normal then it become quite painful I can't chew on it I can clench my mouth on it and ever since then I have had ear aches , head aches high temp and achy body

What could it be ?

It sounds like you might have an abscess around your tooth. This can often lead to pain, swelling, fevers and general body aches.

I would recommend that you have this evaluated as soon as possible by your dentist or primary care physician. It may be necessary to treat this with antibiotics which might help the pain and swelling.

if you develop worsening fevers or shaking chills then it would be necessary to go to your local emergency department for more immediate care.

Otherwise I recommend you contact your doctor or dentist to make an appointment with in the next 24 to 48 hours.
