Question: My dad has developed a pretty severe tremor in his
left arm. His dad had the same thing when he was that
age (70). He would like to try CBD hemp oil to see if it helps. Do
you think CBD hemp oil could be beneficial for tremor and if so,
is there any problem with an interaction between it and elequis?

You have to mention additional features like slowness in walking and daily activities, fall, behavioural problems, memory. All this will help in making the correct diagnosis under parkinsonism umbrella.

I thought maybe it is essential tremor since
my grandpa had it in his hands and chin and
was never diagnosed with Parkinsons. My dad
has no other symptom other than extreme fatigue
but they think that is because his heart rate is
slow and they think he may need a pacemaker.
He works every day on the farm, and doesn't
seem to be bothered by anything else.

Essential tremors are usually bilateral though initially it starts in one upper limb. Also it involves head, voice, chin with family history. Tremors of essential tremor and Parkinson differ in rest, with resting tremors present in parkinsonism and absent in essential tremor.
If your father is not having any other problems as discussed earlier then a possibility of essential tremor is not unlikely.
You can try primidone, topiramate or clonazepam for essential tremor under guidance of his doctor instead of CBD hemp oil.
Needless to say, it will be better if you consult a neurologist who can examine him properly and make a diagnosis.

I think his hand shakes when he is using it and when he is resting. Probably more when he is resting. When he places a rubber band several inches above his wrist it stops...if that means anything. Thanks!
