
Suggest Treatment For Severe Upper Abdominal Pain

Question: Having pain in stomach from 24 hours, it started suddenly although i never had this kind of pain from so long , inpassed gases and had stool passed which relaxed me a bit and after that i took buscopan tablet for pain relief but got up and didnt pass stool which i usually do then had lunch and tavket again but now im having slight pain again in abdomen.i took one 40mg pantoprazole today aswell before lunch . Is there any medicine i can tke for pain relief and wht else investigations i must do . What food to avoid as well .

Its the main stomach area or upper abdomen , i dont have any medical illlness other than having gases all the times and i use simithicone tablets for relief and i dont feel nausea or vomiting its very rare like once or twice in a month i feel like nausea. sometimes i do feel that i didnt pass conplete stool as it is in small quanity .

If symptoms persists, you need to undergo an upper GI endoscopy.
