Brief Answer:
Need not worry about lower abdominal disease
Detailed Answer:
hello,
I have gone through the details which you have e provided. your symptoms are more likely to be because of GERD ( Gastroesophageal reflux disease ). You can have a normal endoscopy in GERD
Medications like pantoprazole for 8 weeks should help you with your symptoms.
I would advise you not to worry about lower abdominal disease causing upper abdominal pain
hope this helps

Brief Answer:
Continue medications for 2 months
Detailed Answer:
hello
I have seen your endoscopy reports. It is normal. I would suggest that you continue the same medications for at least two months.
in addition get regular exercise. Limit tea or coffee to less than two cups per day.
avoid mint and chocolate flavoured food, carbonated drinks, alcohol and meat. do not lie down for atleast three hours after meals.
take your medication atleast half hour after meals
hope this helps
