Suggest Treatment For Severe Wheezing While On Furosemide

Question: i i'm wheezing
i do take

i for got i take 2 Carvedilol 3.125 mg tablet

and one Furosemide 40 mg tablet

is the Carvedilol one a day or two a day

In this, carvedilol will not help.
So please let me know if you are a smoker.
Usual dose is once a day but it can be given twice daily.

Sometimes heart diseases can also cause wheezing.
Yoi are taking frusemide and carvedilol,. These are cardiac drugs used mainly for heart failure.

I can understand your concern.
So you are cardiac patient.
And wheezing in cardiac patients can be due to early heart failure. If you haven't had an echo test, it is better to visit your doctor who can order the test to rule out heart failure. In heart failure, dose of frusemide should be increased. Carvedilol is betablocker. Don't increase its dose by your own as it can cause bradycardia. So don't take extra carvedilol.
Better to get yourself checked first.
