Suggest Treatment For Severe Whole Body Itching

Question: Hi Doctor,

I am suffering from viral and on the 3rd day I am worst itching problem.
Because of this I couldn't sleep properly.
Please help me.

If skin is sensitive, then itching is most common.
You can antihistamines like Tab cetrizine once to day.
Apply lactocalamine lotion.

Hi Doctor,

this is my 5th day of viral.
untill today morning I was recovering well and my body also started to support me.
but today morning I had 101 fever with rashes all around the body n feeling like I weakest.
Having little pain in my hand and knee joints as well.
