Brief Answer:
Going to need a bit more information

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Thanks for coming to HealthCareMagic. I'm glad you are seeking more information on this.

Most of the time. A Sexually Transmitted Disease presents with some kind of symptoms related to inflammation or discharge. What has been happening with you? When did you symptoms start? And if I may ask a personal question, are you sexually active?

In these cases, a smart move would be to make an appointment with your Primary Care Provider and get a full workup done. Apart from asking you a few of the same questiond i mentioned above, they would do a physical exam and then order a few tests.

They may order blood to check your white count and they would probably ask you to give a urine sample to try and see of any bacteria are growing in it.

Depending on your symptoms and presentation they doctor may go ahead and order some specific Immunoassays for certain specific bacteria that don't show up on routine testing.

The whole experience should be quick and relativity painless and you should have results 2-3 days after your tests are sent in.

In the meantime, if you truly do have an STD, at this point, the best advice I can give you is to stay hydrated and eat a healthy diet. Don't try and prevent yourself from passing urine if it hurts as that may encourage a worsening infection.

I hope this helps, feel free to follow-up
I look forward to your reply,

Vinay
