Shakiness that too one time doesn't mean any abnormality but a heart rate of 130 is very high.

A high heart rate could be due to some normal conditions like Fear, Anxiety , Pain, fever likewise it could also be due to some heart problems , thyroid problems , dehydration , low blood pressure etc.

My first impression is she could have had a nightmare and hence the shakiness with high heart rate. If that is the case her heart rate would settle in an hour. So observe her heart rate and if it is persistently high she need to consult a doctor for the evaluation of the cause.
