Brief Answer:
Enlarged and inflamed gall bladder most likely

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
Noted the history of sharp pain and swelling as you have described.
This is classically indicative of distended and inflamed gall bladder or related to the liver or colon.
I would advise you to have urgent ultrasound of abdomen, tests of blood for CBC, liver functions; of urine and stool to get the accurate diagnosis and get a plan of treatment.
I hope this answers your query.
