from collar bone. Had xray done for calcium blockage but came back clean. Had treadmill

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!
Regarding your concern, I would like to explain that a chest pain of sharp character, and well localized (2 inches down from collar bone) is unlikely to be caused by cardiac ischemia.
This conclusion is confirmed also by your previously performed medical tests.
Your complaints seem more likely to be caused by any musculoskeletal disorder (costochondritis, backbone degenerative disorder [cervical part]).
Also a pleural inflammation or even an esophageal spasm could be a reason to rule in/out.
It is necessary to further investigate your neck backbone. A simple X ray study and if necessary CT or MRI may be helpful too.
Hope to have been helpful to you!
In case of further uncertainties, do not hesitate to ask me.
Kind regards,
Dr. Iliri
