Question: Good Day!

I stretched both my legs by pushing them feet flat against a wall pushing when on a flight joking around stating since it was such a rough landing I was trying to use my brakes, never hurt, didnt hear anything when the flight landed and I went to get up I could barely put any weight on the effected leg, it is a sharp pain behind and on the left side of the knee but only when I put weight on it, if sitting or laying ldown I can turn and bend with no pain at all when I stand it is painful which gets a little less painful as I continue to move but still hurts

Brief Answer:
Considerations

Detailed Answer:
Sounds like a strain or partial tear of a calf muscle.

This usually takes a couple of weeks to heal. It would probably be a good idea however to have a medical professional confirm this suspicion.

Sometimes a support sleeve can provide some help in controlling pain. Try to limit weight bearing on the affected leg and consider using ibuprofen for relief of discomfort.

If symptoms worsen or do not get better this should also be discussed with your doctor.
